HERE’S A HAPPINESS TOOL I MADE TO SHARE
If we want to share more kindness in the world, we need to learn to be fully present, to be here now, so we can be kind to ourselves and others. That’s called #mindfulness 🙂
I am Joe Segal. Some of you know me from Twitter or Facebook. I’ve been going through huge personal challenges with the loss of my beloved mother & recent housing issues, and it’s hard. It’s hard to use all the tools I have for happiness and wellness! Suffice it to say, there’s a lot of light getting into my life right now through all these wounds.
The most powerful tool I have to help me, besides my loving, supportive connection to you and others here, is this thing called “mindfulness”. This is basically the ability to “Be Here Now” and get out of my head space of fear, worry, regrets, etc. It’s been a lifesaver! The first step to being more loving, kind, and empowered as a person is to be present in life, get out of our own heads, be here with others, and really live fully!
So I created this Mindfulness Happiness journal, and I would love to share it with you! Writing with a pen on paper is very helpful and powerful to help us process our thoughts and feelings.
