Hello my friends,

So much of our lives today is stressful, full of fear, anger, resentment and other lower vibrational forms of energy that negatively impact our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Much of our focus stems from our individual and our collective subconscious mind. The part of our thinking that happens automatically 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

If we can alter this subconscious programming we can influence our own self-limiting thoughts and habits and allow ourselves to create more inner peace and intrinsic success in our lives.

This episode features my own “life affirmation self-hypnosis audio” file. I created it to listen to before I drift into sleep at night or when I’m relaxing as I wake up or during the day.

I’m sharing it with you in the hopes it might inform and inspire you to know that you can create a new more loving supportive story that takes your own life in the healthy happy direction you choose to go too!
